Can anyone help with how can i remove these dependencies? I cannot happen to locate this solution but they still show that they do exist,

This kind of issue is more common when use components from the solution maybe a customization at active layer. But I recommend checking this article first Removing dependencies (Microsoft Dataverse) - Power Platform | Microsoft Docs
After check where the dependencies are, remove and publish all changes done.
If you still need experience the issue a support case can be opened to investigate.
