Outlook displaying raw html instead of rich text when an appointment is generated in dynamics 365

Hi,

My question is regarding appointments in CRM 9.1.

When we add rich text control to description field in appointments, the body of the invite mail synced to outlook display doesn't display rich text. It displays the raw html. I suppose this is Microsoft Bug. Does anyone has the solution to this problem or any workaround, please post your answers.

Example:

Description field in CRM:

Email Invite in outlook:

Looking forward for Answers.

If it only occurs in an environment with rich text control applied, it may be a bug. You may be able to contact support and request a fix.
