Email Server Error Code: InvalidForwardMailItem

We have the shared mailbox and shared with few users. 

One of our User is Forwarding the email to our Forward mailbox is not working where as it is working for one of other user and my self. 

The error i see in the Forward mailbox is as below
VIEW DETAILSDelete the alert.
An error occurred while creating the incoming email "FW: TEST 5 [SEC=OFFICIAL]" in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for the mailbox CRM Email Tracking.

it does not give any more details why this ForwardMailItem is invalid. Can you please help me with this

    Which product are you asking about? You posted in D365 SCM (ERP) forum but the error message seems to mention D365 CRM.

    We currently using 365 online CRM and configured forward mailbox with following details:

    Add Forward Mailbox:

    Name: Forward Rule, Email Address: forwardemailbox@xxxx.onmicrosoft.com, Incoming Email: Server-side Synchronization or email router, Outgoing Email: None.

    Update User mailbox:

    Email Address: mailbox1@xxxx.onmicrosoft.com, Incoming Email: forward Mailbox, Outgoing Email: Server-side Synchronization or email router.

    then Click Save, Approve Email and Test and Enable Mailboxes.

    After, When i try to send email from  mailbox1@xxxx.onmicrosoft.com to forwardemailbox@xxxx.onmicrosoft.com using outlook  email not received in CRM. And forwarding mailbox alerts received an error message"An error occurred while creating the incoming email "test" in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for the mailbox Forward Rule".

    How to solve this issue ?
