RE: Email Server Error Code: InvalidForwardMailItem
We currently using 365 online CRM and configured forward mailbox with following details:
Add Forward Mailbox:
Name: Forward Rule, Email Address: forwardemailbox@xxxx.onmicrosoft.com, Incoming Email: Server-side Synchronization or email router, Outgoing Email: None.
Update User mailbox:
Email Address: mailbox1@xxxx.onmicrosoft.com, Incoming Email: forward Mailbox, Outgoing Email: Server-side Synchronization or email router.
then Click Save, Approve Email and Test and Enable Mailboxes.
After, When i try to send email from mailbox1@xxxx.onmicrosoft.com to forwardemailbox@xxxx.onmicrosoft.com using outlook email not received in CRM. And forwarding mailbox alerts received an error message"An error occurred while creating the incoming email "test" in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for the mailbox Forward Rule".
How to solve this issue ?
