Hello All,

Hope all are doing well !!!

I have created a custom payment connector. While doing configure in Hardware profile, the particular custom payment connector name is not showing.
I have followed the below mentioned link to create an Ax package.

Also i have pasted the dll the in the AosService>PackagesLocalDirectory>bin>Connectors.

Unfortunately it is not showing the custom payment connector name in the front end of F&O.

Could anyone of you please suggest what could be the issue and how can I troubleshoot?

Thanks in Advance...

    Hi,
Please note that:  All payment connector dll’s must be portable, having portable and non-portable payment connector dll’s will cause issues when loading the connector.
Please follow this document to create a payment connector package:
Create Commerce payment packaging for finance and operations deployment - Commerce | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn
    Best Regards,
    Hana

    Thank you for your response.

As you mentioned that link. I have followed the same one to create the AOS package. I am doing it in dev environment. I am using the Portable dll by following the sample payment connector.

All of this, the dll is not loading.

    Thank you...

Ensure the DLL is correctly built and placed in the right directory. Verify that the connector is registered in the system. Check for any errors in the event logs. Ensure all dependencies are correctly referenced. Rebuild and redeploy the package if necessary.

    Hi,

I had this problem once before. For me the solution was to rename the visual studio project that holded my connector. This also makes sure that the dll, that gets generated, gets another name.

I think the dll with the old name caused some conflicts or corruption in my environment.
