hello,
i have strange scenario, i open the form of lead without fill any values and the record created without fill any values for required or optional fields
, please tell me the reason of happening

    I asked him, he told me he just open new lead and suddenly it saved and he received email from CRM there are lead created

    Hi Goutam,

    no this is happen for the first time, yes i have javascript code in form load html to draw multiple selected option set, i have plugin triggered when qualify lead but don't have any custom code to create lead

    i can't decide if the lead created manually or automatic because i'm just click on new lead without enter any values then CRM sent email to me (there are process run when create lead to send email)

    Hi Mebo,

    So it is reproducible every time?

    I don't think the record is created from UI and its not possible . Do you have any kind of JavaScript customization in the form onload , onsave event or any service call, plugin   attach to the  lead entity?

    I am suspecting some custom code has been executed when you click on save button and created blank record.

    Try to check your customization.

    Are you sure this lead is created manually ?

    this is screenshot from advanced find all fields empty except created on, and there are workflow trigger when lead created to send email and the email sent without any information
