create sales order using configuration package issue

Hi Experts, 
 
I want to create sales order using configuration package. I select the fields for sales order header and sales order lines and populated the exported excel file. 
I get an error when applying data. It says /If you change Customer, the existing sales lines will be deleted and new sales lines based on the new information on the header will be created.

Do you want to continue?/ /Yes/ and /No/ 

The sell to customer in the header table is the same as the one in sales line table. It looks like a validation error. I tested by uncheck all validations and able to import both tables, but some values on the sales line were not brought in.

Could you advise what would be the processes to for this?

    In your sales line table don't include the Sell-to Customer field, there's no need for it and that's why you have your issue. As long as your sales line table has the Document No. field, that's all that's required to make the connection between the lines and the header.
