Dynamics Storage

One of our customer is claiming that they had 25GB of storage through their DynamicCRM Online Professional.  Now they only have 12.5GB of storage.  while confirming we saw only 20 seats of DynamicCRM Online Professional.

 According to the referenced link: https://mbs.microsoft.com/Files/public/CRMONLINE/CRMOnlineLicensingGuide.pdf

They should receive:

5GB by default

2.5 GB for 20 seats of Dynamic CRM Online Professional.

A total of 7.5GB

 How is it that they currently have 12.5GB and how can we check if they at one time had 25GB?

    Hi Indu,

    I would suggest you to create a ticket directly with Microsoft support as they can check your licence and storage.
