Ship and Invoice on the basis of Payment code

Hi All,
 
I have a requirement where the user should be able to Ship and invoice while clicking Post if the payment code is pay now and can only ship and should invoice later if the payment code is pay later. The function to control either only Ship or Ship and invoice can be done via user setup sales invoice posting policy, but we need to do both on basis of payment.

    Agree with Saurav, this can only be done through customization.
    Or you can modify your business process to let different users handle these two types of orders, so that they can be distinguished through the following methods.
    Dynamics 365 Business Central: Using Security Filters and SecurityFiltering Property
    Business Central 2023 wave 1 (BC22): Posting restrictions (Sales/Purch Invoice Posting Policy in User Setup)

    Hello,
     
    If there is an requirement of Certain Amount is required as an Advance before Ship the Goods then you can use the "Pre-Payment" Functionality.
     
    But for this Kind of Specific Requirement, the customization is requires.

    You have to control Post option using customization, just ask the developer to develop the same for you.
