You do not have the following permissions on TableData Tenant Profile: Read ( We are facing the issue )

Hi members,

I do like to have a clarification regarding a permission issue in Business Central. We do have a common sandbox and all the account permissions are completely the same for our team members. The only difference between out TL and members is in License, where our had been assigned as the Internal Administrator where as we are not assigned. For the same code that is being executed in Visual Studio using AL Language, Our TL's account code is working perfectly where as in other's account, it is not working at all. It shows like

"The request for path /v2.0/sandbox/dev/apps?tenant=fa200740-301c-40ea-8fea-1fac629d4d61&SchemaUpdateMode=synchronize&DependencyPublishingOption=default failed with code UnprocessableEntity. Reason: Could not install the extension 'ALProject6ff' by 'Default publisher' (version '1.0.0.0') on tenant 'msasia9250t93934091' and company '' due to the following error: 'You do not have the following permissions on TableData Tenant Profile: Read. To view details about your permissions, see the Effective Permissions page. To report a problem, refer to the following server session ID: '3656'.'"

Also I would like to mention that we have SUPER Permission, D365 EXTENSION MGT Permission and global admin access ( everyone ). Is it because of the license part where our TL's account had been granted with Internal Administrator whereas we don't ?

Please provide me a clarification and a proper solution for the issue that I am facing.

I have the same question (0)

    Dear Marco Mels,

The issue that I am facing is that, for one account the code runs smoothly without any issue whereas for another account the code does not run in the visual studio. Could you please suggest some ways to resolve the issue ? I would also request you to provide me a reason why does this one takes place.

    Thank You

    Hello,

Unfortunately, I cannot provide an answer. What I can offer to you is that we look up your tenant's telemetry at our side and look for a more comprehensive error message. You of course need to raise a support ticket via your partner or CSP if you cannot do yourself.

    Thank you.

Hi, Just one possibility, is this a trial environment? and has exceeded the expiration date of Tenant? As far as I know, when a certain period is exceeded, only the administrator can modify the data.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.

    Dear YUN ZHU,

We do have this license named " Dynamics 365 Business Central for IW's ". Is it due to this license that we are not able to make customizations with the code ? Also, if needed to check the expiration date of tenant, I request you to tell me where do we need to check that in Business Central. Please do provide me a solution asap.

    Thanks and regards,

    Saravanan M

Hi, Dynamics 365 Business Central for IW is the trial Tenant.

The general expiration date of Tenant is 30 to 60 days.

    Dear YUN ZHU,

To make it more precise and clear for the issue that I had mentioned above, One user with the permission of Internal Administrator can publish and deploy the code into his account, where as the other users who do not have the internal administrator permission are not able to publish / deploy. We, in general are assigned with " Dynamics 365 Business Central for IW's " in the license part. Can you provide me a reason why does this issue occurs for other users.

    Thanks and Regards,

     Saravanan M
