Dear Experts,
I have a very straightforward requirement and want to know if this is feasible.
I also got the same requirement and answer, however, without a proper solution in the community question, https://community.dynamics.com/365/financeandoperations/f/dynamics-365-for-finance-and-operations-forum/402401/is-it-feasible-to-change-only-tile-color-without-changing-complete-form-color
Any possibility, by which we can change the tile's color without the code? the above question denotes they did this however there is no proper solution, to how they did it.
Any lead is appreciated.
I recently discovered https://imageupscaler.com/image-colorizer/ Image Colorizer, and let me tell you, it's like a magic wand for photos! I had an image of a stunning grayscale sunset that I wanted to see in all its colorful glory. With just a few clicks, Image Colorizer brought the scene to life, adding warmth to the sky and depth to the landscape. It was as if I was transported back to that moment, feeling the peace and beauty again. I was amazed at how accurate the colorization was. It really exceeded my expectations. If you want to breathe new life into your black and white photos, give ImageUpscaler a try. You won't regret it!
They are using AOT resource - Adding the image to the resource and on the tile property they are setting the image location to AOT resource and selecting the name of the resource. This also requires back-end access and requires customization.
Thanks,
Girish S.
Thank you Girish, I also think likewise.
However, can you just see this last answer, they have imported a background images to meet this, any chance we can do this by some trick?
Hi Ramit,
I think setting colors for tiles from UI is not possible.
I think you can set the background color of the tile control through code. We can override the getData method and set the background color of the tile button.
Thanks,
Girish S.
