Hi everyone,
In GP, my receivables are aging correctly. However, my receivables trial balance isn't reporting it's aged results correctly. It thinks every balance is current.
Does anyone have any suggestions to fix this? I"m currently using the as is report GP comes with - Aged Trial Balance-Detail.

Have you reconciled receivables and checked your report.
