History prints of purchase orders

Hi, 

Sometimes I see that a purchase order has been printed 3 times. This because of changes in the purchase order (correction of price, etc...)

Is there a way in BC to reprint for example the first print? Or to see what was on the first print?

    If you enable archiving of your purchase orders you are able to go back and look at older versions of them and print them again.

    Just adding a helpful tip to NorthW's response. The archive toggle is in the purchases& payables setup. see attached

    Belinda,

    Go to Purchase & Payable Setup and turn on Archiving. After you turn on you can search for Purchase Orders Archives.

    You can then select which version of the PO you want, open the document, and repriint.
