One of our users is having a problem. He got a new Laptop. Win 8, office 2013. Server is Dynamics crm 2011 with latest roll ups.
The crm add-in is always disabling itself after a reboot of the system. I always need to manually activate it again.
Anyone having the same problem and solution.

I have the same question (0)Can you check in to the Server and into the client machine if any of the Server or Outlook related service is set to Automatic Delayed instead of Automatic.
