We have several users who are unable to use web apps to enter timecards or expense reports through internet explorer. They are using IE 11. Web Apps will launch and we can see the web apps main screen as well as seeing the timecard / expense screen as shown below. When we click on the “Current Entry” or “Open Timecards” the icon just spins and spins and spins and spins and does not open.
We have changed this site for compatibility view but still have the same results.
If we use Chrome we can enter timecards / expense reports WITHOUT issue and it opens very fast.
We have ran the IISRESET process but still have the same issue.
Since users can use Chrome we know it’s not an access rights issue within dynamics.
