"Refresh" pop up

Many of our users like to have many windows or tabs open of BC at a time.  A lot of them have reported getting the /you must refresh/ popup frequently and are very annoyed by it as it slows them down a lot.
Some users, however, do not seem to run into this issue.  We have not figured out what makes their experience different.
Does anyone know if there is some setting somewhere that would allow us to avoid the /refresh/ popup?

    Hi, I think this is by design to time out for security reasons after a few minutes of inactivity.
    What the Browser are you using? You can inspect the browser's options under the system and adding the Business Central URL to any websites that shouldn't be put to sleep.​​​​​​​

    Hi, has the Webclient timeout been exceeded?
    I think users can try Progressive Web App
