Record is Unavailable error solved if IE running "InPrivate" Why?

Can someone share with me why some records will throw the error message,

Record is Unavailable

The requested record was not found or you do not have permissions to view it

but if we switch to InPrivate mode for IE it works fine?

    This is probably due to the browser cache. It is retaining IDs that are no longer valid. If you clear the cache then it might resolve the issue.

    As Tim has already suggested, it might be cache issue. Can you clear it and check again.
