For our customer we need an additional receipt printed out when processing return transactions. I configured return locations, enabled label printing and added a receipt with type "Return label" to my receipt profile. However, after selecting the return reason code in commerce app, only the regular receipt is being printed. What setup am i missing? How can I trigger the print of the return label?
