WTH for Customer Payment Thailand

Dear Sir

Very peculiar issue. It worked sometime back that the WTH on customer invoices/payment worked now it throws up an error saying Account number for transaction type Withholding tax does not exist.

Not sure if there is a Hot Fix or genuinely some more setups required.

Can someone facing the issue could help

Hello PS,

There are a number of hotfixes listed on LCS, some of which are still under development.

Please see:

fix.lcs.dynamics.com/.../Results

For the issue you report here, there seems, however, no hotfix available.

I would thus recommend that you reach out to the MS support and report them this problem; might be another bug.

Hi PS,

Please if there are any changes to withholding tax group. Generally in TH withholding tax will get calculated only on payments but not on invoice.

If you still need any assistance do raise a support incident and mark the thread as answered.
