Bringing CRM Online 2016 to On Premise

Posted on by 602

We are looking at bringing our Online CRM to On Premise and trying to get a grasp of the what is involved in this.  Would anyone be willing to share their experience doing this, or lessons learned, or give advice?
Thank you!

    Hi Barbara

As long as you are going to the same version OnPrem then there should not be an issue.

You can export all your customisations and import into the new instance.

    2 things to consider

    1) any 3rd party solutions that they will work on prem

    2) Moving your data including all the links may need a tool like scribe if there is a lot
