Dear Sir
I have created 3 transaction through Inventory to fixed assets journal and while doing recalculation of the inventory the adjusted amount is not appearing in Fixed asset ID instead of that it goes to Fixed asset Ledger account. is there any set up which I need to do for correct it ?

What you describe is currently a 'gap' in AX/D365FO.
What you can do is posting a manual correction in a fixed asset journal to get this adjustment incorporated into the fixed asset value.
Two short questions about that:
1. What is the total extend of this adjustment? Is it a 'material' adjustment or a 'smaller' one. If it is a 'smaller' one, weight the costs and time of making this adjustment against the increased accuracy of the fixed asset
2. Are you using AX2012 or D365FO?
