We are going with an approach to allow some of our more power user in CRM to do more things. I am wondering what the proper way is to grant them the appropriate rights needed to do the following things:

Create/Modify Reports

Create/Modify System Views
-
Create/Modify System Dashboards
-
Create/Modify System Charts
-
Renaming of clients in SharePoint document repository.
-
Dependency View of fields for recommended changes
-
Potential deletion of records
-
Create new fields on existing forms
-
Create/modify workflows
-
Create/modify business rules (on entities where advanced scripting is not present)
-
Modify form layout
-
Modify option set values (does not include deletion of values)
-
Determine use of business process module and permissions to create/modify
Wasn't sure if I should just a new security role, and wasn't sure what rights to grant that would allow them to complete the above.
