gap between notes in project entity

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hello,

I'm facing a problem in some of the records of projects entity. Every single note comes with a big gap between description and other details. When I click a particular note and click somewhere else in my browser(this doesn't change anything permanently, when it's refreshed it turns back to old style). Gap for that note I'm dealing with is just gone. But it's not a reasonable solution. Any advice to fix this issue altogether?

I checked note settings from customize the system->customization expanding note entity. But note entity does not seem customizable. Besides that, this issue does not occure each records notes.

    Hi Mehmet,

Have you tried to decrease the "number of rows" this control occupies? This is a setting in the "Notes" control properties.

Give it a go and see if that solves the issue.

    Hi Meenoo,

It's CRM Online 2016 Update (8.1.0.578) (DB 8.1.0.578). And yes I had a windows update like a week ago but I checked a specific record's notes from different computers in our organization. They look the same.

Not: In original question, I said that if i click a particular note and click somewhere else solves the problem manually but now I checked it's happening only in client-side, I'm updating the question so that this might help.

    Hi Mehment,

What CRM Version are you using? Have you recently had any windows Update?

    Thank you.
