I have received a request about if possible to receive notifications via email when the time lime of a case is being updated, notes being added and email sent by a customer, etc
Is this possible to be setup?

HI,
You will have to create multiple workflow to send email notification on different actions/events.
For example -
1 - workflow to send email notification when Notes created and Regarding is Case
2 - Workflow to send email notification when Email created for Case
3 - workflow to send email when Task or any other activity is created for case
