send email notifications to a team or agents when timeline is updated

I have received a request about if possible to receive notifications via email when the time lime of a case is being updated, notes being added and email sent by a customer, etc

Is this possible to be setup?

Gentle reminder still newbie on D365, Power Platform and Dataverse

HI,

You will have to create multiple workflow to send email notification on different actions/events.

For example -

1 - workflow to send email notification when Notes created and Regarding is Case

2 - Workflow to send email notification when Email created for Case

3 - workflow to send email when Task or any other activity is created for case
