We're looking at replacing the splash screen in Dynamics GP and wondered if anyone knows of any restrictions with what you can do with the splash?
I've taken a look around and not found anything.

Lots of us have done it, none have been sued. We listed one method for doing this on version 9 and earlier in oujr Confessions manual and never got any blow back from MS on that.
