How to move a WebResource component to another Folder in a CRM environment

Hi community!, i'm currently strugglin with this issue, the thing is that i need to move a webresource component to another folder in my development environment and for it to replicate into the Testing and Live environment.

Another alternative would be deleting component in such way that there's no need to do it manually in the Testing and Live environments.

    Can you please share what do you mean by move it to another folder? You mean another solution or the folder path of the web resource. Please provide some more details/ screenshot if possible.
