while opening standard report getting error(No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:2383)

HI all there is standard report in  Ax production efficiency report in production control module.

while opening the report we are getting error like "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:2383"

i observed that is DynamicsAx OLP Report.any suggestions how to fix the issue

    Is this the only report that can't be opened or are all reports affected and can't be opened?

    only this report is not opening remaining all working fine
