We've got less than 200 users with focus on daily time entries and expense entries. We are not using Resource Management. We have Sales attach but no F&O, HR, etc. I seem to be running out of capacity faster and faster month over month. We've shut off logs and indexes and we're still at or over capacity. I'll buy a Gb and *poof* it's gone. Couple of questions:
How can I identify number of transactions or other capacity detail metrics?
How much capacity is right for our usage? How much growth is to be expected month over month?
Besides redirecting Files attachments to Sharepoint, are there ways to also reduce Database entries? I'd be fine with purging some data.
Will more licenses buy me more capacity? Looks like that only works for F&O.
