“WARNING: The ‘Ending QTY’ is outside of the ‘Min. Make QTY’ and ‘Max. Make QTY’ range.”

Users get the above warning when creating an MO from an order

“SOP/Auto-MO operations resulted in warnings. Do you want to view the transaction log?”

Clicking Yes returns the following:

“WARNING: The ‘Ending QTY’ is outside of the ‘Min. Make QTY’ and ‘Max. Make QTY’ range.”

On the Item Resource planning tab for the site they have the min set as 1 and the max set as 0, thinking that 0 means unlimited. Is that not the case? Should they plug in a huge number for the max?

Thanks!

    Hi,

I also have a client who would like to get rid of this error: “WARNING: The ‘Ending QTY’ is outside of the ‘Min. Make QTY’ and ‘Max. Make QTY’ range.”

Does anyone have an answer? Thanks

'0' means zero in GP, not unlimited.
