I'm looking for some solid knowledge papers on AX Anywhere(setup and development). We have it licensed and what I thought was setup, but when I create a user and go to login I get an error that doesn't seem like the site is setup correctly. 

Server Error in '/DAW/ACC/Portal' Application.

No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:8080
