Dynamics GP 2010 - Windows Minimizing

 Is there a way to stop windows from minimizing to the task bar when you click off it.  It is causing a huge data entry slow down when you have to drop down to your task bar to find the open window$s$ and are unable to tile them or keep them open.  Is there a way to pin the windows so they do not do this?

    If you minimize your Dynamics Home Page desktop instead, all of your open windows will be visible. The problem is that your desktop window takes focus away and end's up covering the open windows behind it. Alt + Tab or the new windows 7 'roladex' type window change works too.

    All windows open always appear in the Task Bar.  Leslie's statement is correct.  These windows most likely are not minimized but covered up by another full page window, like the home page!.
