Transfering data from AX 2012 Feature Pack to R3

Hi, I have now in production AX 2012 Feature Pack, and I'm trying to Import all the data into a new AX 2012 R3 CU12, what is the best method? using Data Import/Export Framework? or manually exporting/importing  using Excel files? Thanks in advance
