When trying to Stop dynamics AX Object Server service, it hangs "Stopping" After a server reboot, it hangs on "Starting"

This is happening on 2 of our 4 AOS servers No changes or updates have been made. All config files are on the same CIFS share.

Hi,

I have seen similar issue. I rebooted the system and then went to properties and changed the setting and then was able to restart. My situation appeared on a debugger hanging.

We resolved this by stopping the AOS service on all servers, then deleting the axapd.aoi file. Then restart the AOS servers and the file was re-created and the AOS servers started successfully.

You have Performance issues. AOS required minimum 8GB of RAM
