GP2013 Inventory Reason codes report?

Hi,

I don't see any reports with the inventory reason codes included? I know that on the new GP2013 service pack, my client will get the SmartList creator, but I am hoping for something available now until they can get the service pack installed. thanks.

Linda,

You are correct. There's no report available for these. However, if you want something quick and dirty, you can run the following statement from SQL Server Management Studio against the company database. You can then copy paste the results into Microsoft Excel and you should be good to go.

select * from IV40300;

Another option is to create a new Report Writer report using the Reason Codes Setup (IV_Reason_Code_SETP) table and simply adding the fields from this table to the layout. You can add a nice header and you are good to go.
