Report View Printing Crashes

Hi Guys,

We're unfortunately still using CRM 2011 (moving to 365 in 6 months). We run this in IE11.

No one in the office is able to print from Reports anymore - when we run a report the report viewer loads but when we then click the print icon for that report the IE window crashes.

There is a error message shows the - rsprintclient.dll crashes

Does anyone have any ideas how we can get this fixed/working?

All help really appreciated.

Cheers,

Rob

    Hi!

It looks like you have issue with Reporting Services (not a browser issue).
