Procurement Category restriction on Purchase Order Level.

Dear all,

Is there any way to restrict a user not to create a Purchase order of a specific procurement category, But can release PO of the restricted procurement category based upon the purchase requisition.

I don't think you can restrict a user (or a user group) from using a Procurement Category in the standard Dynamics AX 2012.
