I have a customer who wants to be able to note up to 255 characters for each GL distribution account on their journal entries. Apparently MAS90 permits this, so they do not want to lose functionality. Does anyone know of a solution that will allow note entry at the distribution level?

What about entering an Extender field in AP and having it update the GL distribution reference field in GL ? We have the same issue from a NFP client requiring the same thing, but it originates at the AP GL Distribution side and must flow through, show on reports, inquiries, etc. Thanks!

Hmmm. They seem to have changed functionality. You used to be able to reference the sequence line number. I hadn't tried in v10.

I'll check on this.

I figured it out - had the wrong window name selected. Extender rocks!

Was playing with Extender, but I don't see any way to add a field to a grid.
