unfortunately I have a problem in my workflow scenario:
I don't receive emails when my approver has approved my sales quote.
However, if he rejects it, I get a email!
What do I have to do to get an email even if the sales quote has been approved?

That response is also set in the 1st event too (Approval of sales document is requested), it is to send an approval request to the Approver, not the requestor/sender. This blog describes some of the Events/Responses, for Sales Order Approval, but applicable to the Sales Quote Approval.

As Teddy previously mentioned, in base NAV, if the actual Sender wants a notification when approval occurs it will be customization. If you want to define a specific user, may or may not be the actual Sender of the approval request, you can try the 'Create notification for User' response.
OK, but in standard NAV I found also an option, which will send an email to the person, who asked to release a sales quote...
But when I use this option, I also get no email notification back...what could the problem be?
Unfortunately, you don't have that option in standard NAV. You will need to customize it.

In Business Central V15 & higher there is an option called 'Notify Sender' that was added. Unfortunately that does not exist in Dynamics NAV. The only option that is available in NAV is the ability to send approval notifications to one specific requestor. Here is the option I am referencing.
