Do you know if CRM can have a link accessible from a specific case type? For instance, if the user selects Customer Complaint, can a link to a document such as the xyz form, be selected from inside the CRM Tool?

The form can either be accessible through a link found within CRM or as a built in form. @graps @shroti

We had similar requirement where in we wanted to display link to a web site based on user input.

We created a simple HTML5 control (because we had lots of other info as well) and based on the user input we played with Show/Hide JS.

Hi,

if I understood the request, you can enable Attachment and you can add or remove the fields by code the fields when you select or deselect "Customer Complaint"
