Hi Guys,
One of our user is having issues while saving a record from quick create lead form. Please note he is able to create leads from within the entity and has all the required access. This is an intermittent issue that keeps happening now and then. I am going to work on clearing browser cache and try with a different browser but any other ideas?
The error just says-
<Message>CrmKey With Id = f628975e-f9d5-e911-a99b-000d3a3afc76 Does Not Exist</Message>
Any ideas?

Per your description, it seems key is expired. we would like to suggest to raise ticket for them ask them to run IIS recycle , or check if new update release will cover the fix
Correct me if I am wrong, but if key is expired, shouldn't it affect all the users?

As per your query,we different types of CRMKey is available in the MSCRM config database and table name is CRMKey which will contain the Keys for the different types of CRMKey Type and another table is CRMKEYProperties table and this will give the information about these keys created on and expires on information and check these and take a decision accordingly.
Different types of Keys are
1) CrmStaticVersionScaleGroupKey
2)CrmWRPCTokenKey
3)CrmStaticVersionScaleGroupKey
4)CrmTicketKey
5)CrmEmailCredentialsKey
