I have published one website in IIS.

Now my task is to fetch those data automatically and store in CRM. This activity is need to be done automatically once data is available in that website.

Any Suggestion and request will be helpful to me as soon as possible.

Thanks and Regards,

Sushil Rai

    Hi,

You can simply push that data to CRM. You can write code in the page to push data into crm database.

Just have a look at below link. You will get an idea.

    Hi Sushil,

Your Website is .NET based right?

    Then it will be easier.

Your data in the website is retrieved from any database?

How you know that 'once data is available'?

You need some trigger on this activity, otherwise, it wont be real time or you can just create a task scheduler that need to be run every minute.

    Or, another suggestion:

I think the user still input the data, then once it is in, then you call the CRM Web Service from your website.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.

We are retrieving data from AX to website. And from website to CRM.

How to call the CRM Web Service from website?

And I have to build up two way communication from AX to CRM and CRM to AX.

    Sushil,

You can call by using the IOrganizationService, for example for create, update.

    Check this:

    msdn.microsoft.com/.../gg695790.aspx

    And Sushil,

I recommend you to use simple authentication\

    msdn.microsoft.com/.../jj602970.aspx

It is same concept with the console app that we have talked about before, Sushil and you did manage to build it.

    Thanks.

    Hi Sushil,

Have you explored the Connector to integrate AX & CRM? It could save a ton of effort for you!
