what is the The differences between dynamics 365 finance & operations CRM module and Dynamics 365 Customer engagement

Did you refer to the license guid I provided before?
F&O is an ERP product which also contains a few features of CRM and C&E is a subscription and contains many CRM apps, They're not exactly the same type.
If you only want to use CRM functionality like opportuinities, cases, you should use Dynamics 365 for Sales, Customer Service, Marketing or other apps, and C&E is a subscription that if you pay for it, you will be albe to use all the apps it contains. Also if you want to

Yes I know that Finance&Operations and Customer Engagement are different products but there are some Customer Engagement functionalities inside Finance&Operations I would like to know The differences between these functionalities and Customer Engagement

Finance&Operations and Customer Engagement are different products.
F&O is an ERP system which contains operations(earlier AX), business centel and finance.
CE is contains Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service and Customer insights, It evolved from previous Dynamics CRM.
