Advanced notes is not populating to Sales order

Hi all,

I created advanced notes for a customer.  The nots is checked for Confirmation, Packing slip, Picking list, Invoice (see below screenshot), Free text invoice.  When the customer is created for Free text invoice, the advanced notes was auto-populated.  But it was not populated to sales order.  Can anyone help with the issue?

    Hi,

    Could you share a printscreen of the accounts receivable parameters form? I’m especially interested in the sales setup tab that is part of the general folder. As part of this tab there should be a parameter called ‘’copy notes when transferring to sales order’’. Is this parameter active? Besides, has a note type be specified via this form as well?

    Please check the AR parameters as Alice suggested. After that also, if you see the same thing occurring, you can log a case with Microsoft support team.

    Hi Alice,

    The field On AR Parameter was checked.

    The document type was specified per Advanced notes setup.

    The issue has been resolved.  On Form setup , Advanced notes > Direct attachment to documents should not be checked.  It says the field to be checked in MSFT configuration document.
