Unable to access Dynamics 365 Business Central Sandbox

Hi everyone,
 
I'm struggling to access the Dynamics 365 Business Central sandbox. I've been through the steps at https://signup.microsoft.com/get-started/signup?... but when I click on the "Get Started" button I am left hanging on the https://businesscentral.dynamics.com/Sandbox/?redirectedFromSignup=1&ScenarioId=Signup page
 
From the network log I can see repeated 500 errors coming from GET https://businesscentral.dynamics.com/Sandbox/api/deployment?redirectedFromSignup=true&autoProvision=true until the attempt finally times out with a "This process is taking longer than expected" screen
 
Is there anyone who can help, please? Anyone who knows what I should do, or can check why my account is unable to access the sandbox?

    This usually happens if the sandbox environment was not provisioned correctly during signup. First, try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. If the issue continues, go to the Dynamics 365 Business Central Admin Center to check if the sandbox exists and is active. If no sandbox is listed or provisioning keeps failing, you’ll need to raise a support request through your tenant admin or contact your Microsoft Partner to get the environment created properly.
