Create new document referencing to own custom report

Hi everyone 

I have two issues. The first is how is it possible to create a new document which references to my custom report (MyReport.report)?

I have added my report the base enums PrintMgmtNodeType and PrintMgmtDocumentType. And then added my reference to PrintMgmtDocType (getDefaultReportFormat method). But i only think this is for when creating a new report design reference?

And the other question is, how do implement print management function for my report? 

Which classes do i have to change, is it my controller class?
