Hi All,
in our AX 2012 R3 CU12 Env, the Budget Matrix fields template in setup section in budget module could not open, without any error or log ?
is there any setup action needed?

Can you share a screenprint of the Budget Matrix field template? I am not familiar with them and would like to see it to ensure that this is not the outcome of a customization.

Thank you Ludwig for your reply, below is a screen shot of the form we are trying to access, there is no current customization on the form. it is working on development environment but not on UAT and not on production.

As per below documents I tried to use Budget plan worksheet template wizard but in available side there is nothing to select as the below screen shoot, also I tried to use excel addins but I got the below error.
