Is there an Outlook security patch that forces the e-mail dialog box to be displayed anytime Application server tries to send an invoice electronically? If so, what is the number of this patch? Thanks.

In Outlook 2003, the security prompt you're seeing when running app server requests is all being done behind the scenes. In other words, it's not a security patch, it's part of the app. The work around for 2003 is to apply a third-party product like PTFB. The security prompt does not appear when processing app server requests in Outlook 2007.
