I need some assistance on Marketing App-related security. Here is what we’d like to do, but I don’t know if any of these are possible:
- separate the ability to create content from the ability to send mass emails; we have many staff who build content, but only a few gatekeepers who are authorized to email large populations.
- configure two levels of create access – one for the university brand team which allows create/write for all templates (journey, email, marketing pages, etc) and a second role that allows people to create emails, journeys, marketing form/pages from those company templates, but not create the templates. I’m able to get users to see templates and create emails from those templates, but they aren’t able to save.
- Restrict the ability to publish or go live with a journey (create and edit is okay).
This is for a client that is the higher education industry and will have separate departments managing and designing the content and another who will be sending and scheduling the actual journeys. Any suggestions are welcome!
Best,
Valerie
