License Issue when login (on prem)

Hello,

One of our users is getting the error below, but it is not the first time accessing the system.

Any idea what can me the issue as the license of the user is still active.

    Hi,

    Check error message recoded in windows event log. May be you have a permission issue on specific object.

    Hi, please check Application logs in Event viewer, maybe you can see a more detailed error message.
