In Business Central SAAS there is no option for Line Narration and Voucher Narration on Payment Journal Page.

Hi There, you can use "Description" as your narration on Payment Journal page

Are you intending to print this narration on a cheque or something similar?

Hi, the fields you mentioned are not standard fields, please contact your partner to add them if you have them in NAV.
