The big problem is repeated on a daily basis with me and caused me a lot of trouble
Hanging application HQServer.exe in server RMS.
I hope to help in finding any solutions to this problem and thank you all.

Make sure that either they turn off UAC or they have complete access to the registry keys;
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Retail Management System
Or for 64 bit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Retail Management System

The problem still have for users
note:
( Windows 2003 service Pack 2 - 32 bit ) in the server RMS
Memory 8 giga
( Windows Vista ) in PCs for users
Memory 1 giga
I think there is a problem between the RMS and Windows Vista

Maybe try running a repair on HQ or turn off DEP for HQ Server?
